We offer three distinct approaches to learning: Business Coaching, Business Training, and Business Consulting.

Seminars and Training

Business Seminars are for groups larger than 50 participants with a limited and focused topic. Seminars tend to be 1/2 day or even shorter.

Training programs are more comprehensive with greater opportunity for participants to practice concepts and interact with the trainer. The ideal number of participants is between 20 to 35.

Seminars and training programs are appropriate for expanding your knowledge and learning new skills. Programs are conducted at the location of your choice.

Coaching

Business Coaching is a way to bridge any gap between where you are today and where you'd like to be. It's a one-on-one dialogue covering and addressing business issues both immediate and long-term.

Business Coaching is appropriate when you generally know what to do but don't know where to start or how to move forward. Business Coaching is effective over the telephone and gives you the added convenience of saving time and money.

Gap Consulting

Gap Consulting gives your business the benefit of leveraging specialized skills that may not exist in your organization. Our clients find that it is cost effective for them to hire one of our consultants for focused projects and strategic planning versus hiring a full-time employee with benefits.

Business Consulting targets specific aspects of your business such as operations, hiring, and organizational development. It would be advantageous to use consulting in conjunction with business coaching and/or training.
